What does an anchor broker do?

Anchor agent is the daily management of a dry artist, including work arrangement and work tracking, to guide artists to produce high-quality live content. Responsible for recruiting anchors, assisting anchors to complete the signing process, maintaining anchors, helping anchors solve daily problems, regularly training anchors, standardizing and guiding the live broadcast content of anchors, improving the artist management system and related processes, assisting the promotion company to communicate with anchors and solving difficulties in platform work.

Requirements of anchoring brokers

Love the live broadcast industry, be interested in live broadcast, have sales experience, be willing to bear hardships, be eloquent, be willing to talk with strangers, be responsive, have strong organizational skills, be good at communication, be clear and fluent in Mandarin, be active in thinking, have a cheerful personality, have good self-emotional control ability, be responsible and enterprising, have a high degree of enthusiasm and team spirit, and be able to adapt to shift work arrangements.

Education, education, gender, industry resource experience is preferred. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, good professional ethics, able to keep company secrets and artist privacy, job responsibilities, expand recruitment channels, recruit new artist anchors, maintain anchor files, and be responsible for following up anchor consultations, complaints and suggestions.
