(2) Resume screening and qualification examination

The personnel department cooperates with the personnel department in resume screening and qualification examination.

(3) Pre-assessment of medical technology departments; Written test/probation work of administrative department (or departmental assessment)

The medical technical personnel department shall, jointly with the relevant departments, assess the personnel who have passed the resume screening and qualification examination, and the specific assessment contents and methods shall be subject to the arrangement of the department. Those who pass the preliminary examination enter the hospital for an interview.

Whether the written examination of the administrative department is carried out depends on the development of the epidemic situation in COVID-19. The trial operation of the administrative department is affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, and it is adjusted to departmental assessment. The specific assessment contents and methods shall be subject to departmental arrangements. Those who pass the trial work or departmental examination enter the hospital for an interview.

(4) University interview

The personnel department will arrange for those who have passed the preliminary examination or the trial work/department examination to enter the hospital for an interview. The specific interview time, place and form will be notified separately.

(5) Publicity and physical examination

The personnel department will report the interview results of the hospital to the Party Committee/Dean's Office for deliberation, and the Party Committee/Dean's Office will approve the positions and list of the final candidates, and the personnel department will publicize the list and arrange physical examination.
