Hebei Yongnian Industrial Park was established in 1992, awarded by Hebei Provincial People's Government 1994, and renamed as Hebei Yongnian Industrial Park with the approval of the National Development and Reform Commission in 2006. The park is around the county seat, adjacent to Handan City, with a total planned area of 55 square kilometers. Roads, water supply, drainage, heating, electricity, communication and natural gas have basically reached the standard of "seven connections and one leveling".

The overall layout of the park is divided into main park, high-tech zone and industrial agglomeration zone. There are more than 60 imported enterprises/kloc-0 in the park, which are distributed in steel extension, equipment manufacturing, new building materials, food processing, new energy materials, thermoelectric, packaging and other industries. The main park is adjacent to the northeast of the county seat, with a planned area of 2.3 square kilometers, and the planned scope is East, North _ River, South _ Shizhuang Village and West _ New _ Road.

Information about Yongnian Industrial Park in Hebei Province:

1. High-tech Zone is located in the southeast of the county, east of the main road in Handan, with a planned area of 1 1.8 square kilometers. The planning scope is east to the Beijing-Shenzhen Expressway exit, west to Zhonghua North Road, south to the county boundary and north to Yingbin Road.

2. Taking the north extension of Zhonghua Street and Luchan Street in Handan as the axis, a "three vertical and four horizontal" road framework has been formed. There are 34 projects in this area, and an industrial cluster focusing on developing new materials, new energy, machinery manufacturing and biopharmaceuticals has been formed.

3. The industrial cluster is located in the southwest of the county with a planned area of 40 square kilometers. It is located on hilly and semi-hilly slopes, mostly barren slopes.
