How to become a contracted photographer for DJI?

Requirements: Bachelor degree or above is preferred, major in fine arts or strong artistic background, and more than 3 years experience in advertising retouching; Proficient in Photoshop, Capture one, Lightroom and other image processing software; Have a solid foundation in art, strong control over color, texture, light and shadow, strong sensitivity to aesthetics, creativity and details, and have unique opinions on photo color matching; Have mature experience in advertising retouching or synthesizing works, and love retouching; Have a sense of teamwork and responsibility, and have certain ability to work under pressure and communicate.
