What is the reason why the hydraulic pump of Hedek, which has just been replaced by a mine car, has no pressure?

There is no pressure when replacing a new hydraulic pump. Check it from several aspects:

1. Please make sure that the oil pump rotates. When the oil pump is turned upside down, it won't produce oil.

2. The hydraulic pump is only responsible for oil supply. As long as there is oil discharged from the oil pump, it will work normally. The establishment of pressure is the responsibility of the relief valve in the system, and the pressure has nothing to do with the pump. Please check the oil pump for oil. The method is to loosen a few buttons on the pipe joint of the oil outlet to see if there is oil overflowing. If oil overflows, it means that the oil pump is discharging oil normally. If no oil overflows, shake the oil pipe to exhaust, and the oil will overflow.

3. Check whether the overflow valve is normal. If there is no effective test method, another pressure relief valve can be replaced for comparative experiment.

4. Whether the oil levels of the oil tank and oil absorption filter are appropriate, if not, the oil absorption will be poor.

5. If the oil from the oil pump is normal, the pressure can be established, but it is not high enough to meet the requirements. Moreover, the pressure gauge is unstable and the noise is particularly loud. That's a sign of poor oil absorption. Check and deal with the problem of poor oil absorption.
