After watching some old people gingerly pick out small banknotes from their bags to pay for small commodities, I suddenly found that spending a lot of money is not the normal state of life. Living with him may be frugal, even hard and harsh. Of course, I see that most people still live in a state of abundance-a state of abundance and happiness for most people.

As an enterprise, the economy of Yonghui Supermarket is its inevitable attribute. My job in Yonghui is cashier. According to my observation, Yonghui's performance should be considered good. The good economic benefits of enterprises may be caused by many reasons. In my opinion, Yonghui has such benefits mainly from two aspects. The first is economies of scale. Yonghui Supermarket is located in the southeast, southwest, northwest and central China. There are dozens of branches in Chongqing alone. It is said that scale produces benefits, and Yonghui Supermarket just proves this. Then there is the mode effect. The biggest difference between Yonghui and other supermarkets lies in the business model-Yonghui has formed a business model that focuses on fresh agricultural products, supplemented by food, daily necessities and clothing, and realized the docking of agriculture and supermarkets. This is quite different from the traditional supermarket management model. In fact, fresh vegetables and fruits can be bought at Yonghui at any time, which greatly facilitates the local people. There is no doubt that this model is innovative and effective. All the above are my own observations and active understanding. These business ideas seem to be of little significance to a law student like me, but after a little reflection, I will understand that Yonghui's success lies in innovation, and the importance of innovation is self-evident. This is the power of innovation that I really see. The significance it brings to me is self-evident. This makes me more deeply understand the importance and key of this point. It's also my harvest.

Work also needs to be calm. This is my deepest understanding of work after my internship. I used to think that work should be like this: we do what we like with a relaxed and happy mood and passion, and then leave work with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. However, this practical activity made me understand that it was only an ideal state. The real situation should be: stick to it whether you adapt or not; Go to work on time no matter whether you are happy or not on weekdays; No matter the conditions are good or bad, we must work hard; Whether it's interesting or not, you should stick to your post. Just like the cashier's job, the cashier has to stand in front of the cashier for a long time every day, and his salary is very low. Always smiling and asking the same question, repeating mechanical actions. Even so, it may not satisfy customers and make leaders agree-this is the truth of work. It takes a lot of effort to find a job, and it's not as simple as he thought. However, this may let us know, as college students, that we need to plan ahead for our work problems, study harder for our academic qualifications, and don't make the mistake of looking down on them to prepare for future employment.
