1. Recruitment targets
1. Bijie City’s 2009 normal university undergraduates, normal college graduates, secondary school graduates and non-normal undergraduate graduates who are willing to teach and non-normal college graduates who meet the corresponding teacher qualifications .
2. 1. 2. The content of each subject examination is: basic knowledge of high school, junior high school, and elementary school, of which high school knowledge accounts for 70%, junior high school knowledge accounts for 20%, and elementary school knowledge accounts for 10%.
3. The three categories of undergraduate, junior college and secondary school teachers will be shortlisted and hired in a hierarchical, proportional and drawn-out manner.
IV. Merit-based recruitment
The examination results are announced and shortlisted according to the number of recruits at each level and in each discipline. The finalists are sorted from high scores to low scores and announced.
Recruitment adopts the method of setting up positions before taking the exam and selecting them after taking the exam. The positions are set up according to the academic level and the vacancy situation of the school subjects. The number of shortlisted candidates for the examination is determined according to the total number of positions. The shortlisted objects are divided according to their academic qualifications. Corresponding positions will be selected in order from high scores to low scores in subjects and disciplines. 5. Guarantee and Supervision Mechanism

The recruitment work is organized by the Municipal Education Bureau.
