Staff establishment and leadership positions of Haikou Municipal Land and Resources Bureau

(1) Staffing

The Municipal Land and Resources Bureau has been approved to have an administrative establishment of 40 people and a staff establishment of five for financial budget management. Among them: 4 directors and deputy directors, 1 leader of the Discipline Inspection Team (deputy division level); 8 people in the office (including 5 work staff); Organization and Personnel Department, Policy and Regulation Department, Planning and Farmland Protection Department, and Land Acquisition Department , 4 each in the Land Utilization Department, Land Market Department, Cadastral Management Department, and Mineral Resources Management Department.

(2) Number of leadership positions

1 director, 3 deputy directors; 1 leader of the disciplinary inspection team (deputy division); 20 department-level leadership positions in internal agencies , including: 3 people each from the Office and Organization and Human Resources Department; 2 people each from the Policy and Regulation Department, Planning and Farmland Protection Department, Land Acquisition Department, Land Utilization Department, Land Market Department, Cadastral Management Department, and Mineral Resources Management Department.

The number of non-leadership positions shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Servant Law.
