Acrylic bathtub production process

(1) Use glass fiber and unsaturated resin to make a mold.

(2) After the mold is made, it needs to be polished and smoothed with 320#, 240#, and 120# sandpaper, and then the mold trial can be started.

(3) Start the formal production of bathtub products using acrylic sheets. Fix the acrylic sheet to the iron frame and enter it in the oven, bake it to 190°C-200°C. After it comes out of the oven, use the baked sheet to vacuum the prepared mold to form the acrylic sheet.

(4) Mix resin, fiber and talcum powder together in a certain proportion. Then use mixture and fiber to reinforce the formed product. After strengthening to the required thickness, wait 12 hours and lower the cylinder to the ground.

(5) After trimming the edges of the bathtub with an edge trimmer, connect the two tubs together.

(6) After the docking is completed, enter the next process - polishing. Use 80#, 120#, 240#, and 320# sandpaper to polish respectively. After completion, use quick-drying putty to fill the sand holes and polish.

(7) The polished product flows into the next process - glaze spraying. When spraying the glaze, first clean and polish it, then spray the prepared glaze on the cleaned area repeatedly until the joint is no longer visible.

(8) Bake after spraying the cylinder, and enter the next process after 24 hours - renovation. For renovation, use 600#, 1200#, and 2000# sandpaper to treat the glaze spraying position. After polishing, polish with wax until the polishing is the same as the original acrylic plate.

(9) After polishing is completed, enter the next process - packaging. First clean the dust on the surface of the product, adjust the feet, then put it into the bubble bag, then put it into the carton, then pack the carton and put it on the pallet, and then it is ready for shipment.
