I also design samples for customers to confirm, and I also need to design molds. I will guide the production department in the future. If there is a problem in production, I have to learn a lot, such as software, production technology and molds. You can learn software in off-season. Computer aided design is used in our factory. We also have technicians here. The technicians in the printing department just help us make samples and teach new employees to print. They have good printing technology, can adjust the machine, can print every printing process, and are familiar with the production process.
