Registration process for the first-level construction engineer qualification examination:

1. Online registration

(1) Applicants who register for the first time log in to the China Personnel Examination Network (zg. cpta.com.cn/examfront) for online registration.

(2) Applicants who are not registering for the first time must log in to the China Personnel Examination Network to supplement and complete information such as academic qualifications and degrees.

(3) In principle, online verification of registration information takes 24 hours. Applicants must reserve sufficient time before registration and complete user registration and academic degree information in advance to avoid missing out on registration.

(4) During the registration period, if applicants need to correct their registration information or retrieve their user name or password, they can log in to the Hainan Government Service Network (/) and search for the "Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Information Correction" service items , handle it online.

2. Qualification verification

(1) Online verification. The registration system will conduct an online verification of the applicant's identity, academic qualifications and other registration information. Only after passing the application can the registration and payment process be continued.

(2) On-site manual verification. The following applicants must go to the site for manual verification:

1. Applicants for whom the notification and commitment system does not apply (those who have violated disciplines and rules during the professional and technical personnel qualification examination will be recorded in the integrity archives of the professional and technical personnel qualification examination and Applicants within the recording period);

2. Applicants with a college degree or above (including junior college) in 2002 and before;

3. Those whose identity, education and degree information have not passed online verification Applicants;

2. Overseas candidates need to provide the following list of materials: ① Candidate registration form; ② Original and translated copies of academic (degree) certificates (certificates must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education); ③ Original passport and copy ④ Relevant supporting documents for entry work permit.
