Undergraduates are not allowed to enter the Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

China Academy of Agricultural Sciences does not recruit undergraduates, but only masters and doctors. So there is no problem of undergraduate and junior college. It is a research institution directly under the Ministry of Agriculture.
