The commercial vehicle research and development center belongs to the commercial vehicle company, and the product research and development institute belongs to Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle produces medium and heavy trucks, and Dongfeng Co., Ltd. produces light vehicles.

I personally think the commercial vehicle R&D center is better, because Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. doesn’t seem to have a very good reputation online.
