Do labor service companies need administrative permission to recruit in different places?

Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced that units applying for labor dispatch business must obtain administrative permission before they can operate related businesses. Units that have been engaged in labor dispatch business before must also obtain administrative permission before they can engage in new labor dispatch business.

To apply for labor dispatch business, the following conditions shall be met: 1. The registered capital is not less than 2 million yuan; 2. Having a fixed business place and facilities suitable for business; 3. Having a labor dispatch management system that complies with laws and administrative regulations; Fourth. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
