How to fill in the start date of the same city contract

According to the contract, the start date cannot be filled forward.

1. If it is a labor contract, the term starts from the date of employment, that is, fill in the actual start time.

2. Legal basis: Article 470 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates the contents of a contract, which generally includes the following terms: the name and domicile of the parties, quantity, quality, price or remuneration, time limit, place and method of performance, and liability for breach of contract. The parties may conclude a contract by referring to the model texts of various contracts.
