Recruitment conditions

The recruitment of civilian personnel with professional skills shall meet the following conditions in addition to the basic conditions stipulated in the Regulations of the People's Liberation Army on Civilian Personnel:

Political conditions. Abide by the relevant provisions of the political assessment of civilian personnel recruited by the army.

Qualification. Skilled workers with three to five levels of vocational skills shall obtain the vocational qualifications of senior skills, intermediate skills and primary skills of the corresponding majors respectively; Ordinary workers should have the corresponding professional level or working ability.

Education. Should have the corresponding qualifications required by the post.

Age condition. Those who apply for professional skills level 3 and level 4 positions are not over 35 years old; Those who apply for professional skills level 5 and ordinary positions are not over 30 years old.

Physical condition. Abide by the relevant provisions of military conscription and physical examination of civilian personnel.

Household registration conditions. In principle, the domicile of the recruitment target should belong to the same province as the employer.

Other conditions. On the premise of meeting the basic conditions, the specific application conditions are determined by the employer according to the needs of the post.
