According to "Announcement on Matters Related to the Recruitment of Civil Servants (People's Police) in Liaoning Public Security System Examination on 20 18", the candidates who apply for the position of traffic protocol guard in the traffic police detachment of Dalian Public Security Bureau should add skills tests before qualification examination and physical fitness assessment. I. Application conditions

Second, the qualification examination and skills test

(1) Prequalification

In order to avoid driving without a license's illegal behavior in the skill examination and the situation that the vehicle type and time of obtaining the driver's license do not meet the post requirements, the finalists are preliminarily qualified before the skill examination. According to the work needs, according to the ratio of job recruitment plan 1:4, and according to the written test scores from high to low, the list of participants in the preliminary examination of qualifications is determined (attached). Specific matters are as follows:

Time: March 2019 16. Candidates participating in the preliminary qualification examination will be assembled in a unified way, and the preliminary qualification examination will end at noon 12.

Venue: Dalian Public Security Bureau Headquarters Building (No.Zhongshan Road 170, Xigang District, Dalian, Liaoning)

Materials that candidates need to bring:

1. Registration Form and its copy.

2. The original and photocopy of my ID card, the original household registration book and the photocopy of my page.

3. Work experience certificate of traffic management or patrol special police of public security organs (in duplicate): It must be issued by public security organs at or above the county level, indicating my natural situation, the starting time of relevant work experience, specific unit and post, the name of the unit that issued the certificate, contact person and contact telephone number (landline and mobile phone).

4. Original and photocopy of my D and E motor vehicle driver's licenses.

Two copies of the above related materials shall be made on A4 paper.

After the preliminary qualification examination, candidates must sign the confirmation form. If they do not meet the conditions for entering the examination, they will be informed of the results of the preliminary qualification examination on the spot and be disqualified from participating in the skill test; Candidates who meet the qualification conditions can take the skill test and inform relevant matters on the spot.

(2) Skills test

Venue: March 16 On-site notice after prequalification.

Exam subjects and action essentials: There are three subjects in this skill test, namely: motorcycles passing through wooden bridges, motorcycles starting and stopping on slopes, and motorcycles winding around piles. The main points of each examination are as follows:

1. Motorcycle crossing single-plank bridge (30 points)

Action essentials:

(1) Before starting, you must wear safety protection equipment such as motorcycle helmet (buckle), and keep your upper body upright after pedaling. When starting the vehicle, hold the vehicle clutch with the left hand, and use 2-fingered method (forefinger and middle finger are always placed on the front brake handle for front wheel braking, thumb, ring finger and little finger hold the throttle knob for refueling) or 3-fingered method (thumb and forefinger hold the throttle knob for refueling, and forefinger, ring finger and little finger are always placed on the front brake handle for front wheel braking).

⑵ Drive a motorcycle through the deck of a single-plank bridge at a uniform speed, and maintain a normal riding posture, so that the wheels will not fall off the bridge.

(3) The legs clamp the car body and pass through the bridge deck at a uniform speed to control the center of gravity of the car body and the center of gravity of the vehicle to maintain balance.

Precautions:

If the wheel falls off the bridge deck, you need to refuel at this time, and don't get on the bridge again.

2 ramp start and stop subjects (30 points)

Action essentials: Look around before you leave.

(1) When the vehicle reaches the starting point of subject 1, it will run smoothly to the first stop line (front wheel) after the start. Because it is on a slope above 20, you need to step on the brake pedal with your right foot and hold the front brake handle with your right hand with two or three fingers to stop the vehicle.

⑵ When starting at the first stop line, you should look to the left rear first, and the handle of the left-hand clutch will gradually loosen. During the loosening process, cooperate with the right hand to refuel, and the vehicle cannot be turned off.

(3) In the process of clutch separation, the vehicle clutch should be kept in a semi-clutch state, at this time, the vehicle is in a state where the clutch is combined with the engine power output spindle.

(4) At this time, the vehicle has the power to move forward, keep the engine speed, and make the vehicle start smoothly. Because it is on a slope above 20, the right foot needs to be lifted gradually, and the right front hand brake is gradually released.

5] After a smooth start, gradually and completely loosen the clutch handle, so that all the power output of the engine is loaded on the rear wheel, thus completing the starting process of the vehicle on the slope.

[6] Next, the vehicle should stop at the second stop line. When approaching the stop line, you need to turn off the throttle first, then hold the front brake handle with your right hand and press the rear brake pedal with your right foot. When the vehicle approaches the stop state, hold the clutch handle tightly, and at the same time lower it to 1 gear, so as to separate the clutch from the engine power output spindle. Before the vehicle is about to stop, press the rear brake pedal hard to stop the front wheel of the vehicle at the second stop line. At this point, candidates need to use their right foot.

Once the starting point of the second stop line is the same as steps 2, 3, 4 and 5.

(8) After the completion of the second slope, turn left directly without stopping, and enter the pile directly on the left side after descending the slope.

Precautions:

⑴ Loosen the clutch and twist the right throttle synchronously.

(2) Sometimes the vehicle suddenly rushes forward, which is caused by the clutch loosening too fast, so it is necessary to loosen the clutch slowly.

(3) Sometimes the vehicle will stall, which is caused by the throttle being too small and not reaching the specified speed. Need to increase the throttle and increase the engine speed.

(4) When starting and stopping, the right front hand brake and the right rear foot brake should be synchronized.

5] Practice the cooperation between clutch and throttle to achieve a very smooth degree.

3 motorcycle pile bypass subjects (40 points)

Action essentials: 7 piles, left pile, pile spacing of 4 meters.

(1) Candidates drive motorcycles into the second pile from the left side of the first pile.

(2) The spacing between piles is 4m. Candidates are required to walk slowly around the piles in turn without touching the piles, and the left and right sides should not exceed the sideline (the spacing between the left and right sideline is 4m).

(3) Candidates should stabilize the engine speed to ensure the continuous power output of the engine.

(4) The throttle and brake are properly matched and adjusted according to the actual vehicle speed.

5] After the bypass course is completed, the exam is over.

Matters needing attention

(1) Pay attention to the distance between the pile and the vehicle, have an accurate pile entry point, and the throttle and brake are in perfect coordination.

⑵ Pay attention to the pile position and throttle control in front.

(3) To distribute physical strength in an orderly manner and adjust the center of gravity.

(4) After the candidate passes the last pile, stop and get off, and the exam is over.

Vehicle types used in the skill test: The motorcycle models provided in the test are Yamaha 250 and Jinan Qingqi 250, and candidates can choose either one.

Scoring setting and scoring method: The skill test jury consists of 7 examiners, and the test scores of each candidate in 3 subjects are scored by 7 examiners at the same time. After adding up the scores of the examiners, except the 1 score and 1 minimum score of seven examiners, the average score of the remaining five examiners will be regarded as the final score of the skill test of each candidate (two decimal places will be reserved). Skill test score 100, qualified score 60.

Three, determine the qualifications and physical fitness assessment personnel list.

Among those who have passed the skills test in each post, the first 12 candidates can enter the qualification examination and physical fitness assessment according to the written test results from high to low. Vacancies caused by unqualified qualification examination and physical fitness assessment shall be filled in the order from high to low among those who have passed the skill test, and the filling shall be limited to one time. Candidates who fail the skill test will be disqualified from qualification examination and physical fitness assessment.

1. Skills test scores are not included in the total civil service examination scores;

2. The skill test is only organized once, and no re-examination.
