Shenyang City University, located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, is a private full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is the first batch of application-oriented transformation and development pilot universities in Liaoning Province, and it is also a member university of the "Belt and Road" university alliance.

Shenyang City University was founded in 200 1, and its predecessor was the College of Science and Technology Engineering of Shenyang University.
