(1) Materials to be submitted for interview qualification confirmation

1. I have filled out the Confirmation Form for Interview Qualification of Xuchang 20 15 Open Recruitment (see annex) in duplicate, and posted a recent 1 inch color photo.

2. Original and photocopy of my valid ID card 1 copy, written test admission ticket.

3. The original and photocopy of graduation certificate, degree certificate, qualification certificate and work experience certificate required by the recruitment position (for the recruitment position of the Municipal Coal Industry Management Office, more than two years of underground work experience shall be indicated when issuing the work experience certificate) and other relevant certificates 1 copy. Returned overseas students are also required to submit the certificate of returned overseas students issued by the Education and Culture Department (Group) of Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad and the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.

4. Candidates who have a work unit must issue a certificate that the unit agrees to apply for the exam.
