(2) Registration and qualification examination

3. (4) Examination

1, professional skills assessment

Evaluate the professional skills of each qualified candidate.

Recruitment positions are assessed according to the actual number of applicants. Full score 100, 80 or above is qualified. Those who pass the exam are sorted according to the test scores from high to low, and the recruitment positions are determined according to the ratio of 1:3. Those who fail to reach the ratio of 1:3 will enter the comprehensive interview according to the actual number of qualified applicants. Those who fail the professional skills examination cannot enter the comprehensive interview. The assessment results and interview list will be published on the websites of Dongguan Human Resources Government Information Network, Dongguan Health Bureau, Dongguan People's Hospital and Dongguan Qishi Hospital within 10 working days after the assessment.

2. Comprehensive interview

It mainly tests the basic quality and comprehensive ability of candidates to adapt to job requirements, including manners and appearance, language expression ability, logical thinking ability, adaptability, problem analysis and problem solving ability, professional ability and so on. The results were announced on the spot. The interview time and place will be announced separately.

The total test score of applicants = professional skill score x60%+ interview score x40%. According to the number of positions to be recruited, the candidates' total scores are ranked from high to low (if the total scores are the same, they are ranked from high to low according to their professional skills assessment scores), and the candidates for medical examination are determined according to the number of candidates to be recruited in the recruitment positions.

(5) Physical examination

Participants in the physical examination should go to the designated medical institutions for physical examination according to the specified time, and the physical examination standards should be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province.

(6) Investigation

According to the spirit of "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Inspection of Open Recruiters in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)", the recruiting unit will inspect those who have passed the medical examination, write inspection materials and determine the inspection results.

Those who pass the physical examination and assessment are determined to be employed, and will be publicized on the website of Dongguan Human Resources Government Information Network and Dongguan Health Bureau for 7 working days.

(8) Handling employment procedures.

If there is no objection to the publicity, it will be hired.
