National Firefighter Recruitment Conditions

The recruitment conditions of national firefighters include: physical examination, political assessment, physical fitness test and post adaptability test, psychological test and interview.

(1) physical examination. In the designated general hospitals above the municipal level, the medical examination standards for candidates (ground personnel) shall be implemented, and those who fail shall not be employed. Recruiters who have doubts about the results of physical examination and apply for a second interview may have a second interview with the consent of the provincial fireman recruitment office, and the results of physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the second interview; Items that can affect the examination results by taking drugs or other treatment methods will not be re-examined.

Based on the special requirements of the fire rescue profession, those who are assessed as disabled and have serious injury treatment records are not suitable for fire rescue work and will not be employed.

(2) Political assessment. According to the requirements of political assessment of conscription.

(3) Physical fitness test and post adaptability test. According to the national comprehensive fire rescue team 2022 firefighters recruitment physical fitness test and post adaptability test items and standards (Annex 4). The physical fitness test shall be graded quantitatively, and the single effective score is between 1 and 15 (those who have not achieved effective results will not be hired), with a total score of 40 points. The individual scores of post adaptability test must be above the "general" standard.

(4) Psychological test and interview. The psychological test is conducted by the fireman recruitment psychological investigation system, and the system automatically judges "qualified" or "unqualified". The interview refers to the practice of public recruitment in public institutions, and implements quantitative scoring. The full score is 100, and less than 60 is "unqualified". If one of the psychological tests and interview results is "unqualified", it will not be hired.

The recruitment conditions and scope of national firefighters are:

(1) Having China nationality.

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws and support the leadership of the Party and the socialist system.

College graduates must be the 2022 graduates who have participated in the unified entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities (including postgraduate training units) and obtained full-time college education or above and corresponding degrees.

College graduates recruited by the state in 2020 and 20021year who did not work in their work units when they left school and during the job-seeking period (the job-seeking period is two years as stipulated by the state) can be treated as fresh graduates, and their household registration, files and organizational relations remain in the original graduate school, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions at all levels and public employment service institutions at all levels.
