Complaint hotline of Beijing Houshayu Labor Bureau

You can call 12333 to complain about labor disputes. 12333 is the unified consultation and complaint hotline of the national labor administration department. In most areas, 24-hour manual service is provided. If you need the telephone number of the district or county labor administration department, you need to dial 114 for further consultation.

The materials required to file a complaint to the Labor Inspection Brigade are as follows:

(1) The complainant shall submit a complaint document to the labor administrative department with jurisdiction. The complaint document shall specify the following matters: ① The complainant’s name, gender, age, occupation, work unit, residence and contact information, the name, residence, legal representative or principal person-in-charge’s name and position of the employer being complained against, as well as the violation of Information on labor and social security laws, regulations and rules; ② The facts of the infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of labor and social security and the matters required for complaint should be signed or stamped by the complainant.

(2) Complainant’s supporting materials. A copy of the complainant's ID card (the original should be provided for verification); a copy of the employer's business license or registration information (if it is indeed impossible to provide, it may not be submitted after explanation). Those who recommend a representative for collective complaints are also required to submit a recommendation authorization document signed by the recommender.

(3) Relevant evidence materials. Submit necessary evidence and materials to prove that the infringement of the complainant's legitimate rights and interests was caused by the employer's violation of labor and social security laws, such as evidence of labor relations and evidence related to the complaint request.
