Shaanxi Aerospace Construction Engineering Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Aerospace Architectural Design and Research Institute (Group). It is an industrial and civil building construction company. It is a first-level general contracting enterprise and one of the enterprises with international project contracting qualifications in Shaanxi Province. The company was founded in 1965 as the Second Artillery Corps Engineering Corps. In 1976, it was reorganized into the Chinese People's Liberation Army Infrastructure Engineering Corps. In 1984, according to the orders of the Central Military Commission and the State Council, it was collectively transferred to a construction enterprise affiliated to the Ministry of Aerospace Industry. It is China's aerospace architectural design company. One of the core enterprises of the Research Institute (Group).
