First, the recruitment conditions

According to the "Regulations on Personnel Examination in Zhejiang Province (Trial)" (Zhejiang People's Social Development [2011] No.79), those who have been found to have cheated or cheated in the personnel examination in the past two years, and those who are prohibited from being employed as staff of public institutions according to law, are not allowed to apply for the examination.

According to the Detailed Rules for the Investigation of Civil Servant Recruitment in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58), those who fall into one of the circumstances specified in Article 12 shall not participate in this open recruitment activity.

Third, the examination method

1. If the number of people who have passed the registration review exceeds 20 times (including 20 times), the written test and interview will be adopted. Among them, the written test content is professional knowledge, with a full score of 100. After the written test, the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3. The interview content is public knowledge, with a full score of 100 and 60 points for those who pass the interview. Comprehensive score = written test score ÷2+ interview score ÷2 (when the comprehensive score is the same, the one with the highest written test score ranks first). After the interview, according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, the physical examination and inspection personnel are determined according to the proportion of the number of people in the recruitment plan 1: 1.

If the number of people who have passed the registration review is less than 20 times the number of recruitment plans, they will directly enter the interview, and the comprehensive score is equal to the interview score.

2. The written test and interview shall be organized and implemented by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. The time and place will be announced separately.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation

Physical examination is organized by Haining Federation of Trade Unions. The physical examination of the applicants shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department on Printing and Distributing the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health (Zhejiang Rengong [2005] No.68) and the Revision of the Ministry of Health. Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination. After the physical examination, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions organized an inspection, and the inspection was carried out with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Recruitment and Inspection of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58). It is mainly to examine the qualifications of candidates who have passed the physical examination, and assess their morality, ability, diligence, performance, honesty and the situation that needs to be avoided within the specified time. The assessment results are only used as the basis for whether to hire this time. Applicants who give up the medical examination or fail to pass the medical examination, whose investigation conclusion is that they are not suitable for employment, and who give up their employment qualifications before going through the employment procedures, will be replenished according to their comprehensive scores from high to low.
