What is the reason why the approval of the bank recruitment head office was brushed?

If you are rejected by the head office, there may be two reasons:

1. Personal information is untrue: when submitting an application for approval by the Head Office, your information must be true and credible, and no falsification is allowed. The reviewer 100% will not pass.

2. Poor English ability: Bank recruitment basically requires your English ability. Some banks need to pass CET-4 and some banks need CET-6, so you need to see their recruitment requirements clearly. If you can't meet their standards, you will be brushed off.
