What questions will the insurance company ask in the job interview of claim survey?

The claim investigation post must first understand the process of claim settlement, when to report an accident, how long to go to the scene after receiving the case, what to know at the scene, what to register, how to audit the customer's appearance, who is responsible, what information to register the customer and how to handle the case.
