Retirement age in Beijing

1. The legal retirement age of enterprise employees is 60 for men, 50 for women and 55 for women cadres.

2. Engaged in underground, high temperature, high altitude, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health. The retirement age is 55 years for men and 45 years for women.

3, due to illness or non-work-related disability, confirmed by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, the retirement age of men over 50 years old, women over 45 years old.

(2) Retirement age of workers: enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people. Workers of government organs and organizations who meet one of the following conditions shall retire.

1, male over 60 years of age, female over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years;

2, engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other harmful operations, men over 55 years of age, women over 45 years of age, continuous service for ten years. This provision also applies to grassroots cadres with the same working conditions as workers;

3, men over 50 years of age, women over 45 years of age, continuous service for ten years, proved by the hospital, and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely lost the ability to work;

4. Disabled due to work, certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely incapacitated.

(3) Retirement age of cadres: cadres of party and government organs, mass organizations, enterprises and institutions may retire if they meet one of the following conditions.

1, male is over 60 years old, female is over 55 years old and has participated in revolutionary work for ten years;

2, men over 50 years of age, women over 45 years of age, to participate in revolutionary work for ten years, proved by the hospital completely lost the ability to work;

3, because of work disability, proved by the hospital completely lost the ability to work.

(d) Delayed retirement age: 2065438+In July 2002, He Ping, director of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Institute of Social Security, proposed that China should gradually delay the retirement age, suggesting that the retirement age should be 65 for both men and women by 2045.

(5) Early retirement age: Workers or grass-roots cadres in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, men aged 55 and women aged 45, with continuous service 10 year.

Legal basis: Interim Measures for the Resettlement of the Old, the Weak, the Sick and the Disabled in the State Council. Article 4 Cadres of party and government organs, mass organizations, enterprises and institutions may retire if they meet one of the following conditions: (1) Men who have reached the age of 60 and women who have reached the age of 55 have participated in revolutionary work for ten years;

(two) men over 50 years of age, women over 45 years of age, to participate in revolutionary work for ten years, the hospital identified completely lost the ability to work;

(3) Being disabled due to work and completely incapacitated by hospital appraisal.

After retirement, cadres will be paid a monthly retirement fee according to the following standards until their death.
