How to join the hospital trade union

I applied voluntarily, and the hospital trade union discussed and approved the membership.

1. I voluntarily apply for membership, requiring employees to submit a written application to the hospital trade union, and fill in the Application Form for Membership and the Registration Form for Trade Union Members.

2. The hospital trade union will discuss and approve the membership. After receiving the employee's application for membership, the hospital trade union will review whether the applicant meets the membership requirements, and notify the applicant to withhold the membership fee from the month after approval.
