Since the product index is not the best, what should we do? The method of this factory is to adjust the performance of products according to the requirements of customers. For example, if you want a small internal resistance, then give up a little capacity; If you want a large capacity, the internal resistance should be larger; If you want large capacity and small internal resistance, then make the size bigger and the price more expensive; If high voltage is required, the service life will be shorter. Foreign customers are very satisfied with this. Give a specific index. If it can be realized, pay a high price. If not, we can also discuss which performance indicators to make some concessions.

After the sample is made, the customer will take it back for repeated testing. During this round trip, they will have a deeper understanding of various processes and technologies, and their products will become more and more advanced. But when domestic customers come, they can only make one or two basic requirements. If you can't satisfy them, how can you change them? I don't know, so try this part in the whole product, as long as there is no problem after trying it. In this way, either the test period is particularly long or the test samples are particularly small. Once the quantity is large, various problems will occur.

This is not bad. Another time, I investigated a company that made plastic parts for automobiles. They made a world-leading part, but domestic car factories dare not use it. Once the newly designed parts are changed and some parameters are different, they dare not use them, so that the company can only apply to become a supplier of foreign manufacturers first and get them tested by GM and Volkswagen, and wait until GM and Volkswagen adopt them first.

Earlier, another company I know, an encoder, also encountered the same problem. To make matters worse, the products they made were forbidden to enter China by foreign countries, so when they were certified abroad, no company bought them. Domestic factories are even more afraid to use it, and they have survived for nearly ten years. Finally, they bought it from this company, because some weapons in China needed to be embargoed, and they couldn't buy it, and then the company survived.

Why should I gloat? Because people in China can't make things, but since they can make money lying down, no one wants to stand. They have no choice but to jump, and then these hardware makers have a way out.

Of course, if the United States also blocked the database used for design, then everyone would cry together. In fact, I think since we are talking about the strength of the whole country, we should throw money at several colleges and universities while the database is still available, and verify all the parameters in the database, so that we are one or two generations behind the United States at most, but at least most of the products in the semiconductor industry can still be saved.
