Chapter 3 Assessment and Appointment Procedures

(4) Proof that the conditions specified in Article 5 of these Measures are met;

(6 ) Proof that the applicant has left the original job;

(7) Certificate of passing training issued by the China Notary Association;

(8) Other materials that need to be submitted.

Article 13: After receiving the application materials, the judicial administrative agency where the notary office is located shall review the applicant and the submitted materials in accordance with regulations, issue preliminary opinions, and conduct the review according to the time specified in the current year's assessment work plan. The application materials together with the review opinions will be submitted to the judicial administrative organs of the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government for review step by step.
