Announcement on Public Transfer of Staff in Yueqing Water Conservancy Bureau and Institutions

Yueqing Water Conservation Management Office and Yueqing Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Quality Supervision Station are subordinate institutions of Yueqing Water Conservancy Bureau (fully funded institutions). Because of the need of work, two staff members (water conservancy or water supply and drainage major 1, secretarial major 1) are openly selected for the whole city. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the objects and conditions of public tone selection.

2. Full-time undergraduate degree or above;

3. Born after April 7th,1979 (under 35 years old);

2. Registration method

Applicants are required to provide the originals and photocopies of their ID cards, graduation certificates, annual assessments in recent two years and other related materials, and two recent bareheaded 1 inch photos, and fill in the Registration Form for Public Transfer of Staff in Yueqing Water Conservancy Bureau. After being signed by the unit and the competent department, they will register at the designated registration point and accept the preliminary qualification examination. 3. Employment. According to the interview results and investigation, if there is no objection to the publicity for 7 days after the study of the party group meeting, the transfer procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures. After receiving the notice of transfer, the transferred personnel must report within the specified time, and those who fail to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons will be disqualified.
