1. Payment time for annual vehicle tolls

II. Charging standards for annual vehicle toll fees

(1) Category 1 vehicles: motorcycles and mopeds are exempt from annual vehicle toll fees.

(2) Category II vehicles: passenger cars with 20 seats or less (including 20 seats), trucks with 2 tons or less (including 2 tons), motor tricycles, and simple motor vehicles. The payment standards are:

3. The following motor vehicles are exempt from annual vehicle toll fees
