District Disabled Persons' Federation actively promotes disabled people to enterprises and holds job fairs many times to build a two-way choice platform for enterprises and disabled people. At present, in addition to large-scale special job fairs for the disabled, the District Disabled Persons' Federation holds small and medium-sized job fairs once a month. During the visit to the enterprise, the District Disabled Persons' Federation learned about the post setting, management methods and wages of the disabled. The enterprise expressed satisfaction with the on-the-job performance of disabled employees and fully affirmed their self-management consciousness.
