Brief Introduction of Ma Yang Town, jianyang city

Ma Yang Town in Jianyang is 0/5km away from the north of Jianyang/KLOC-0, 47km away from Chengdu, with an area of 44.5km2. Legend has it that when Liu Bei took Xichuan, Zhang Fei led troops here and drank horses in the river, so he was called a horse breeder. The town was founded in the Qianlong period in the early Qing Dynasty, and it is one of the ancient Chengdu post stations in eastern Sichuan, with developed land and water transportation, numerous business trips and endless ships. The town was established in the Qing Dynasty and also in the 23rd year of the Republic of China. 1953 moved, and the original Sanyuan Township was merged into Ma Yang Town.
