Why does Baxter Medical keep hiring?

We are short of people. Suzhou Baxter Medical Products Co., Ltd. was established in 1995, which is Baxter's first wholly-owned factory in China. Located in the industrial park, the company mainly produces medical supplies: intravenous infusion bags, peritoneal dialysis bags and related components for intravenous infusion and peritoneal dialysis treatment. With the mission of "saving and prolonging life", the company has more than 500 employees, and is using the most innovative and advanced manufacturing technology to provide high-quality and efficient medical products to customers in China, Singapore, Australia, the Philippines, Thailand and other countries and regions, bringing meaningful changes to patients who rely on Baxter products. During this period, we continued to expand our investment in Suzhou. In 20 14, Baxter's first R&D center in China was put into use in Suzhou Park, with an investment of 350 million RMB, which further enhanced Baxter's R&D innovation ability in dialysis, infusion and nutrition. In addition, Baxter also pays attention to creating the "best workplace" and won the honor of "20 17 Best Employer in Suzhou" after selection.
