The "Hundred Flowers Plan" is sponsored by the Civil Affairs Department of Guangdong Province. From 217, 47 town (street) social work service stations will be built in two batches, each with 3-8 social workers, who will be directly employed by the town (street) and supervised by the province. According to the document spirit and work arrangement of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of "Guangdong People's Livelihood Service Social Work Double Hundred Projects" (Yue Min Fa [221] No.3), we can know that:

Working time: 5-year contract;

Work intensity: basically eight hours a day;

whether to provide accommodation or not: generally, accommodation is not provided, and you need to solve it yourself;

remuneration package: the remuneration package of new recruits in social work stations is determined by local conditions, and social security (including "five insurances and one fund") is implemented according to regulations. From July 1st, 221, in principle, only social workers who are certified and have passed the annual assessment and above will be renewed. In accordance with the principle of "high is not low", the remuneration package of certified social workers will be implemented according to the relevant local remuneration package management measures.
