3) Copy of enterprise capital verification report, annual financial report and balance sheet issued by accounting firm, and original tax payment certificate issued by tax authorities.

4) A copy of the property right certificate of the business premises or the lease certificate of the fixed premises.

5) Copies of the articles of association, business management system and ISO9000 quality management system certification.
