Brief introduction of the Fifth People's Hospital of Sichuan Province

The Fifth People's Hospital of Sichuan Province was founded in 1950, formerly known as Shanxi Jinsui Military District Health Center of China People's Liberation Army. The hospital is located at No.69, Commercial Street, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, a famous historical and cultural city in China. It is adjacent to Sichuan Provincial Committee in the north and Kuanzhai Lane, a famous historical and cultural city in Chengdu in the west. It is surrounded by green trees and has a beautiful environment. Affiliated to the General Office of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Sichuan Provincial Health Department, the hospital is a non-profit comprehensive public hospital organized by the government, which integrates medical treatment, health care, teaching, scientific research and prevention. 1995 was rated as a national second-class first-class hospital. In 2008, it was added with the brand of Sichuan Geriatric Hospital (the only provincial medical institution in Sichuan). Sichuan Institute of Geriatrics is located in this hospital, which is the designated medical treatment of basic medical insurance in provinces and cities.
