Beijing Lu Daopei Hospital (300 beds, to be opened early next year) is a large private hospital named after Lu Daopei, an academician of China Academy of Engineering and an expert in hematology, and serves as the medical director. It is devoted to the diagnosis, treatment and scientific research of hematological diseases and malignant tumors. It is a tertiary specialized hospital which integrates hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, immunotherapy, chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine, and enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad.

We are looking for professional and technical personnel, mainly doctors and nurses, to join us:

First, the basic conditions:

1, law-abiding, dedicated, with good medical ethics;

2, abide by the hospital management and medical and health business management rules and regulations;

3. Practise according to law and have the necessary qualifications and abilities;

4, good health, good facial features, male or female and household registration, age appropriate.

Second, the basic requirements:

1, doctor's requirements (mainly internal medicine):

1) full-time undergraduate degree or above in clinical medicine recognized by the state;

(2) Having the qualification of a medical practitioner and corresponding abilities;

3) Relevant professional work experience, and hospital work experience above level 2 is preferred;

4) Independent diagnosis and independent duty.

2, the nurse requirements:

1) technical secondary school degree or above in full-time nursing major;

2) Have the qualification of nurse and master the operation skills of nursing technology;

3) Recruit backbone nurses and junior nurses according to their professional abilities;

4) Experience in hematology and emergency department is preferred.

Third, the remuneration package.

1, salary is negotiable according to ability and work experience;

2. Provide all kinds of basic insurance stipulated by the state;

3. Arrange accommodation according to hospital conditions.
