How to sign up for Sichuan Second Construction Project

Registration process of Sichuan Second Construction Project in 2023:

(1) Online Registration

1. Sign up for the column "Personnel Examination" in official website (rst.sc.gov.cn) of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

2. Photo requirements: white background, jpg format, resolution of 295px*4 13px, size of 2.5cm*3.5cm, and size of about 10KB. The photos will be used for admission tickets, candidates' registration books, certificate making and certification. Please use it carefully when uploading.

3. Selection of registration points: Registration is managed by local branches. In principle, applicants can only choose the registration point that is consistent with their current work and residence. Candidates from central units in Chengdu and provincial units must choose provincial registration points.

4. Before filling in the registration form, the academic information must be verified by the registration system, and the applicants should verify it as soon as possible so as not to affect the registration. Online verification "failed manual verification" or "continued verification or manual verification" does not affect subsequent registration, but it is necessary to upload electronic scanned copies of the original certificates such as academic certificates according to the application conditions during the filling of the registration information form. See Annex 3 for relevant explanations.

5. Applicants should carefully check when filling in the information, and the information shall not be modified after it is approved.

(2) Qualification verification

1. Qualification verification shall be conducted according to the principle of territoriality. Applicants do not need to bring proof materials such as academic qualifications and relevant professional working years to the site for verification. Qualification verification shall be conducted by the qualification verification personnel at the location of the registration point through the registration platform according to the relevant information uploaded by the applicants. Qualification verification runs through the whole examination process. In the process of verification, the qualification verification department may require the applicant in doubt to submit relevant materials, and the applicant shall submit the required materials for verification within the specified time and in the specified manner. Failing to verify as required, the examination registration is invalid or the examination results are invalid. See Annex 4 and Annex 5 for the telephone numbers of qualification verification departments and personnel examination institutions.

2. Candidates who choose to inform the commitment system will upload relevant certification materials for automatic or manual verification according to their academic qualifications and conditions after filling in the information in the online registration system.

3. Applicants who have not chosen the notification commitment system or are not applicable to the notification commitment system should fill in the information in the online registration system, upload their academic credentials, relevant professional work experience, qualification certificates of construction project managers above the second level, and certificates of technical titles above the intermediate level, and the qualification inspectors will conduct online manual verification through the registration platform.

(3) Online payment

Fees: 56 yuan/person, subject of construction management, construction laws and regulations and related knowledge, and 75 yuan/person, subject of professional engineering management and practice. After the payment is successful, the non-policy factors will not be refunded.
