At the end of 2003, when a well-known southern newspaper group that I had longed for came to the school for recruitment, I trepidatiously submitted my resume and took the written examination anxiously. After coming out of 201, we waited in the lobby resigned to our fate. I was very happy because I was very interested in advertising. So I started to discuss the marketing and sales aspects of media. Although the final result of "Overlord Noodles" for the first time in my life was still a failure, a common saying about my feelings about this "Overlord Noodles" is—— —I have no regrets. Because this is about taking the initiative, winning an opportunity, accumulating experience, and making many friends. I have also heard of examples of people who succeeded through the "Overlord Face". However, after all, the "Overlord Noodle" is not a normal way, and it is okay to do it occasionally. The premise is that you really like that unit and position.

The "overlord face" reflects your sincerity and initiative, and opportunities may appear when you work harder.

Of course, you also need to be fully prepared if you want to succeed in the "Overlord Noodle". First of all, you must find a good partner, as one person is weak; secondly, your actions must be planned, as being too reckless will easily lead to failure; finally, you must be patient and sincere. I don't advocate that everyone go to "Overlord Noodles", not all units can accept "Overlord Noodles". In the process of resume screening and written examination screening, some talents will definitely be missed and left out, which is normal. Therefore, you must at least make sure that you are the part that may have been left out or missed, otherwise the "overlord side" will be too unreasonable. For example, if you apply for an IT company with a computer science degree and fail the written test, it means that your professional knowledge is not up to standard.
