From now until the off-line class resumption (retraining), all kinds of training institutions should actively improve the implementation plan of class resumption (retraining) in accordance with the relevant requirements of provinces and cities, improve the epidemic prevention and control, health and safety management and other systems, and complete the conditions for class resumption (retraining). Under the premise of doing a good job of self-examination and self-correction, all localities (including teaching points) under their jurisdiction should fill in the Application (Commitment) Form and the Application Form.

All localities divide the scope of verification by territorial streets (towns and villages), and organize a number of verification teams, including local education, human society, civil affairs, market supervision, health and health, fire protection and other relevant departments and community grid members, to verify various training institutions within their respective jurisdictions in batches according to applications.

District, county (city) school special classes according to the verification results, to pass the verification and included in the "green list" of training institutions issued a certificate of resumption (retraining) verification; For those who are unqualified, a rectification notice will be issued and included in the "yellow list".

The training institution that has passed the verification shall display the verification certificate and application (letter of commitment) in a prominent position at the entrance of the place, and accept parental inspection and social supervision.

Training institutions that fail to pass the verification shall not carry out offline training activities. If the implementation of epidemic prevention and control work is not in place or there are serious fire safety hazards, it should immediately suspend business for rectification until the rectification is in place before resuming business; Those who carry out offline training activities without verification will be included in the "blacklist" once found, and will be resolutely investigated and punished according to the law.
