The relationship between Shengyuan and Shenglong

Shenglong is a subsidiary of Shengyuan. According to Hot Baby.com, Hubei Shenglong Nutrition Food Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shengyuan Group. Shengyuan International Group, the first domestic manufacturer of nutrition food for mothers and babies listed on NASDAQ, was established in 1998. Its main business is the research and development, production, sales, consultation and after-sales service of nutrition food such as formula milk powder and complementary food for infants.
