The property manager can help us if something happens at home. Then, when the elderly owners need to change the light bulbs, do property managers have the obligation to help?

Personally, I don't think the property manager has the obligation to change their light bulbs. In fact, we have misinterpreted the actual functions of property managers in a sense. They are only responsible for the water and electricity problems in our home or the emergencies in the use area of the community. They are very busy with their work every day, and they need to check the water and electricity situation in one community. If there is a large-scale power outage, they should check it in time. Running around to serve the owners of the community, my work is busy enough, and I have to help the older owners change the light bulbs, which is a bit overuse of manpower.

It's not that older people don't deserve help, but that everyone's own professional scope is different, and the function of property management personnel can't go beyond their own work. If the property manager is really too busy, we urgently ask them to come home. Just one light bulb made them delay many owners' water and electricity problems, which was a bit of a loss. When the elderly need someone to take care of them, their children will take care of them. Very natural.
