They are very busy with their work every day, and they need to check the water and electricity situation in one community. If there is a large-scale power outage, they should check it in time. Running around to serve the owners of the community, my work is busy enough, and I have to help the older owners change the light bulbs, which is a bit overuse of manpower.

It's not that older people don't deserve help, but that everyone's own professional scope is different, and the function of property management personnel can't go beyond their own work.
