In state-owned enterprises, the difference between regular workers and contract workers lies in that regular workers are prepared, relatively stable, well paid and have complete social insurance, while contract workers are not prepared, similar to temporary workers, with unstable jobs and poor treatment, and may not be able to enjoy complete social insurance.
