Liaocheng Experimental Primary School school profile

Liaocheng Experimental Primary School was formerly the earliest middle school in Liaocheng-Shandong No.2 Middle School. Founded in the 28th year of Guangxu (1902), the school was reorganized from Wen Qi College in Dongchangfu in Qing Dynasty, formerly known as Dongchangfu Government Middle School. In the first year of the Republic of China (19 12), all government middle schools were called "middle schools". The word "official" was removed and the school was renamed "dongchang middle school School". In July of the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), the former Dongchangfu Grade A Industrial School merged. That year, due to the cancellation of the government's jurisdiction, all the middle schools in Zhili Prefecture, 13 prefectures in Shandong Province were changed to provincial schools, and the school was renamed as "Liaocheng No.4 Middle School in Shandong Province". In July of the third year of the Republic of China (19 14), Linqing Provincial No.7 Middle School merged with our school and was renamed as "Shandong Provincial No.2 Middle School". In the 12th year of the Republic of China (1923), the school only set up junior middle school classes. In the Republic of China 14 (1925), senior middle school classes were added. The following year, the high school was merged into Jinan, and it was still a three-year junior high school. In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), it was terminated due to war. After the termination of Provincial No.2 Middle School, some students from 35 counties in Hebei, Shandong and Henan returned to the local areas to participate in the anti-Japanese national salvation movement, and some students joined the anti-Japanese advance team led by the national hero General Fan Zhuxian.

In the early stage of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Provincial No.2 Middle School was changed to the Military Cadre School, and General Fan Zhuxian was the principal of the Military Cadre School. In the middle and late period of the Anti-Japanese War, it was renamed as "Model Primary School" with a five-year schooling. (This period was also the headquarters of the Japanese Puppet Army. Among the graduates of this school, many have become outstanding cadres in party member, such as Zhao Yizheng, Sun, Yang, the founder of Luxi County Committee in Central China and revolutionary martyrs. (All of them are graduates from No.2 Middle School 1925). Martyrs such as Jin Fangchang, Jin, Deng (Ginkgo biloba), famous painters and Duan Junyi, former member of the Standing Committee of the Central Advisory Committee, are all deceased graduates of the school. There are countless graduates from No.2 middle schools in the province who still hold leading positions in central organs and institutions of higher learning, as well as famous experts, scholars and senior intellectuals, so I won't list them one by one. 1949 In May, Cui presided over the establishment of the school in the former site of the Second Provincial Middle School. In memory of revolutionary martyr Zhang Yuguang, the school was named Yuguang Primary School. 195 1, which belongs to Liaocheng Normal University, was changed to a primary school affiliated to Normal University. 1953 was designated as a regional key primary school. 1954 was renamed yuguang primary school. 1956, the name of the school has been changed again. 1962, the primary school attached to normal school was renamed as experimental primary school upon the instruction of the superior. Due to the long-term affiliation with the Teachers College, the teachers' equipment and teaching methods are well taken care of by the Teachers College, and the teaching results and work are better than those of other schools in this county. By 1965, the enrollment rate of primary schools is about 95%, and the enrollment rate of key middle schools in Liaocheng is as high as 85%.

From 1966 to 1976, the experimental primary school was renamed "May 7th" primary school. 1978 was designated as a key primary school in Shandong province. 1979, under the instruction of the provincial education department, the name of "May 7th" primary school was revoked and the name of "experimental primary school" was restored to this day.
