Are wuxi new district and Wuxin District the same place?

The alias of Wuxin District is New wuxi new district. It is a municipal district of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, and was approved by the State Council on June 20 15. The administrative areas of Hongshan, Wangzhuang, Shuofang, Meicun and Xin 'an in Jiangxi are the administrative areas of Wuxin District.
