Southern Publishing House Co., Ltd. was established in August 1993. The original unit name was Hainan International Press and Publishing Center , due to business needs, it was renamed Southern Publishing House in March 1998. In 2016, in order to further develop, our company, in accordance with the deployment and requirements of the provincial government and the Provincial Cultural Resources Office for the reform of provincial cultural enterprises, and in accordance with the spirit of the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in the Reform and Development of State-owned Enterprises", Integrating internal resources, establishing a modern enterprise system, standardizing the corporate governance structure, and establishing Southern Publishing Co., Ltd.
