Which is stronger, coating or non-woven fabric?

Both coated non-woven fabrics and coated fabrics are developed to make non-woven fabrics waterproof. Because of their different manufacturing processes, the final effect is not the same.

First of all, the film-coated nonwoven fabric is made by melting the plastic with equipment and then spraying it on the surface of the nonwoven fabric. Its advantages are high production speed and low cost. Non-woven fabric covered with film is composed of pe film and non-woven fabric in high temperature equipment, and the thickness of the two materials can be determined by raw materials.

Secondly, from the color point of view. Because the coated nonwoven fabric is formed by film and nonwoven fabric at one time, the surface of the produced product has obvious pits, and the coated nonwoven fabric is a composite product with better smoothness and color than the coated nonwoven fabric.

Thirdly, in the production of coated nonwovens, the technical cost of adding antioxidant after plastic melting is too high, while the commonly used coated nonwovens rarely add antioxidant, so the aging speed is faster under sunlight. Because the pe film used in peritoneal nonwovens has been added with anti-aging agent before production, its anti-aging effect is better than that of coated nonwovens.
