(2) Interview

The candidates for the interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:5 based on the number of relevant recruitment positions and based on the written test scores from high to low. If there is a tie for the last place in the written test, they will be entered into the interview at the same time.

Interview content: Focus on trial teaching, focusing on testing the educational and teaching organization ability and professional knowledge level of the candidates.

(3) Calculation of comprehensive scores

Both the written examination and the interview adopt a percentage system. The written test score accounts for 40% and the interview score accounts for 60%.

Based on the comprehensive scores from high to low, the assessment objects will be determined in a 1:1 ratio for the introduced positions. If there is a tie in the comprehensive scores, the one with the highest trial lecture score will enter the assessment.

Those with a comprehensive score of 60 points or above are considered qualified, and those who fail will not be allowed to enter the assessment process.

(3) Assessment

The district recruitment office will review the study status, ideological and political qualities, and compliance with laws and regulations of the candidates during their schooling. Candidates entering the assessment must provide assessment materials before July 31, 2014.

Those who have any of the following circumstances will be disqualified from the assessment:
